Emotional release & somatic healing in missoula

Release the stress, emotion, and tension your body has been holding so you can feel more like yourself again.

Emotional release

Sometimes your body isn’t tight because of posture.

Sometimes it’s tight because you’ve been holding everything in.

The fight you never finished. The grief you pushed down. The stress you powered through.
The emotions your body never had space to actually process.

Your nervous system stores unfinished experiences in the body.

Not because something is wrong with you—but because your body is trying to protect you.

Emotional Release sessions create a safe space for those stuck patterns to finally move.

It’s not forced, and it’s not dramatic.

Just empowering your body to do what it naturally knows how to do when it feels safe again.

What is emotional release?

Emotional Release is a somatic healing process that helps your nervous system release stored stress, emotion, and survival patterns from the body.

When we go through intense experiences—stress, trauma, grief, heartbreak, pressure—the nervous system often doesn’t have the space to fully process what happened.

Instead, the body adapts by holding tension, shutting down emotion, or staying in a constant state of alert.

Over time this can show up as things like:

• chronic tension or pain

• anxiety or overwhelm

• feeling emotionally numb

• difficulty relaxing

• feeling stuck in the same patterns

• a sense that something inside you wants to move but can’t

Emotional Release helps your body finish what it couldn’t finish at the time.

Through somatic techniques, nervous system work, breath, and guided awareness, we allow the body to release what it has been holding, and create new patterns within the body.

Sometimes this looks like emotion, sometimes shaking, or sometimes deep relaxation.

Often people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

What happens during a session?

Every session is different because every body is different.

We begin by talking about what you’ve been experiencing—physically, emotionally, or energetically.

From there, we work with the body using techniques that may include:

• breathwork

• somatic awareness

• parts work

• visionary practices

• guided emotional processing

Your body leads the process. Nothing is forced.

Some sessions are very calm and quiet.

Others can involve emotional expression like crying, laughing, shaking, or movement.

All of it is normal. All of it is your nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do.

“As much as I would love to write paragraphs upon paragraphs about my experience, you’ll have to experience it yourself. For the first time in 23 years my mind isn’t moving a million miles a minute.”

Kimberly P.

“I feel insanely comfortable with Tora. Like this innate feeling that she’s a good person, someone that I can trust.”

Ashley D.

“This is the space I wish I had when I started healing.”

Sam S.

“You popped into my life and showed me things in a different view… The coolest human who taught me it’s ok to swear simply by just swearing yourself.”

Mary D.

"You’re a good person, Tora, I can’t explain how much I appreciate you and your kindness and support. In all seriousness, I really hope you know how much it means that you’ve created a place I get to feel seen.”

Rachel S.

You don’t need more tips, hacks, or one more person teeling you how to “fix” yourself

If information alone were enough, you’d already feel the ease, clarity, and connection you’ve been chasing.

Because the truth is: lasting change doesn’t come from just a little more insight or another breakthrough moment.

It doesn’t come from a perfect morning routine, one more therapy session, or the next healing trend.

Real change comes from your environment—

the people who hold you, the spaces that help your body settle, and the relationship with yourself and your body.

It’s never just one hack.

It’s the whole ecosystem you create for your own wellbeing.

And who you allow into that ecosystem matters more than you think.

You’re self-aware… but you’re still trying to do it all alone.

And it’s challenging to create the life you’re seeking when you’re still:

  • Processing everything in your head because you don’t have women you feel safe sharing it with

  • Trying to “fix” yourself in isolation instead of being witnessed in your humanity

  • Staying busy so no one sees how overwhelmed you actually are

  • Doing a mindfulness practice here and there with no real support system around you

  • Shape-shifting to be liked because you’ve never been in a space where your full expression is welcomed

  • Consuming self-help content because you don’t know where to bring the deeper layers

  • Pretending you’re fine because you don’t want to burden anyone

  • Proving your worth through productivity because there’s no community reflecting your inherent value

  • Waiting for a relationship to save you because you’ve never experienced support from women who truly hold you

Because you were never meant to heal in isolation.

Your nervous system learns safety through people—through community, through co-regulation, through being seen.

Why this space is different

This is not therapy.
This is not mindset coaching.
This is not a spiritual “good vibes only” container.

The Women’s Circle is about:

  • Somatic healing (your body leads, not your thoughts)

  • Nervous system repair (safety before strategy)

  • Emotional expression (nothing gets shoved down)

  • Real community (not curated, not fake, not bypassing)

  • Embodied empowerment (you reclaim your power from the inside out)

Women tell me again and again that this is the first space where they’ve felt fully seen, deeply accepted, and supported without pressure.

IMagine…

  • Expanding into the woman you know you’re meant to be

  • Releasing shame, building inner-trust, and strengthening your intuition

  • Moving from surviving to embodying who you really are—unapologetically

  • Finding that you are not broken, and never were

  • Knowing how deeply you belong, and deserve community where you feel accepted

I’ve been there,too

I grew up in a fundamentalist religion and had to rebuild my sense of self from the ground up.

I like to think of it as crafting my spine—vertebra by vertebra—until I could finally stand in my own skin.

I was surrounded by women whose learned identity was:

Stay small. Don’t speak up. Know your place. Do what he wants.

No one was real. People said one thing and lived another. No one spoke their truth, no one expressed what they actually felt, and gossip filled every space. You were expected to be perfect—and if you weren’t, you were cut off.

I grew up timid and quiet. I hid my emotions. I struggled with depression, anxiety, bipolar II, PTSD, C-PTSD—and I did it alone. My family didn’t know how to support me. My friends didn’t know how to hold me. There was nowhere safe to land.

Until one day, I decided I wasn’t doing it alone anymore.

I wanted to be real. I wanted people I could trust. I wanted to know that when I left a room, I wouldn’t immediately become someone’s gossip. I wanted to share my emotions without having them twisted, judged, or used against me.

So I devoted myself to finding and creating the kind of community I never had. A space where my raw honesty, dry humor, and deep emotions were not “too much,” but welcome. A space where safety wasn’t a performance, it was the truth of the room.

Piece by piece, I built what I now call my Soul Family, and it keeps growing every year.

Now, I feel supported. I speak up. I express myself loudly, softly, sensually, humorously—however I actually feel. I’m vulnerable, honest, and held without punishment or shame.

And the safety I’ve built inside myself is now mirrored in every relationship I choose.

I feel empowered. Bold. Sexy. Safe. And deeply, deeply real.

This is why I created the Women’s Circle.

Because I know what it feels like to desire deeper, more supportive connections. To be doing the work of emotional healing and regulation, to attend therapy and read the self-help books, to purchase webinars and workshops and want to build relationships with people who cared as deeply as I did.

My secret? I let myself have it.

This is possible for you, too.

what it’s like to be a woman in this circle
(and a look inside this container):

  • In society, women are often expected to be demure, polite, and to play by the rules. Here, we encourage the opposite. You’ll get to experience your emotions (that were never too much—I’m talking anger, grief, that giddy, little-kid like joy, all of it), share yourself authentically, and embody the vivacious woman inside.

With Emotional Release sessions and guided somatic practices, experience the entirety of the Universe of You.

  • Get access to the Chat—hosted on Telegram, reach out whenever you need community support. We have sections for Q&A, sharing, and more. Here, you will receive light coaching in between calls from myself, and experience what it’s like to be held and witnessed in Sisterhood with others.

  • With a 3 week on, 1 week off schedule, meet with the group via Zoom on a regular basis… without the overwhelm.

This is a safe, intentional community for real conversations, gentle witnessing, and women supporting each other through their seasons of growth.

    No performing.
    No pretending.
Just women showing up in their truth.

  • We start each week together with group shares, connection, emotional release work, and embodiment practices that help your system co-regulate and strengthen.
Calls are held at 5:30pm MST.

    Can’t make every call live?
Monday sessions are recorded so you can come back on your own time.

  • These Monday night calls help you release stored tension and emotion in the body, regulate your nervous system, move from overwhelm into clarity, and understand what your body is communicating to you.

These calls help you reconnect to your inner authority—not your survival patterns.

  • I’m an open book, and I’m here to teach effective somatic exercises, mindsets, journal prompts—you name it—so you can integrate into our daily life to help you:

    • build self-trust

    • deepen your body awareness

    • access your intuition

    • support your emotional expression.

    • lean into authenticity—unapologetically

the transformation

you can expect:

Inside this space, women become:

  • More regulated (reacting less, responding more)

  • More connected to their intuition and trusting themselves more deeply

  • More grounded in their decisions, boundaries, and relationships

  • More expressive—allowing emotions to move without fear or shutdown (even the ones they’ve been told are “too much”)

  • More confident in who they are and what they need, experiencing greater self-acceptance for themselves and their bodies

  • More supported by a community of women doing the same work—feeling safe and deepening connections

  • More authentic—feeling like their true selves for the first time, and that they can speak up, take up more space, and show up more assertively

Take it from Jessica:

“I didn’t allow them to get in my head. I didn’t allow them to tell me what I know is true, is not true…
I don’t know if you all understand what it meant to me to have you here.

To know I was seen and supported when I was by myself and had nobody there to help meant the world to me. I appreciate you all SO much.”

the safe and actually enjoyable path to feeling like yourself again

A monthly community for women who are doing everything to grow—and still feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or alone in the process.

This isn’t about adding another tool, another habit, or another “fix” to your life. Or fixing yourself, for that matter.

It’s about using what already works for you, stirring some more good in there, and applying it in a structure that actually helps your nervous system to go, “Oh, I’m not alone anymore. I can lean into this and actually enjoy myself now.”

Finally come home this time.

Learn how your body regulates with other people, and mirror the people you really want to become like.

No fake positivity. No spiritual bypassing.

No forcing yourself to be “fine.” No pressure to be the calm, put-together woman all the time. Just honest, embodied healing—where the full range of you is welcome (and encouraged).

Experience real sisterhood.

You’re not meant to heal in a vacuum. Your nervous system heals in connection—through community, through co-regulation, through women who actually get it.

This is where you stop carrying everything alone.

Build a new rhythm that feels like you.

Throw out the “Well, I should” or “I feel obligated to” bullshit. Create a way of living, working, resting, and expressing that actually honors your body—not someone else’s rules.

welcome to community where you’ll:

be GUIDED, not directed

Gently and powerfully walk into understanding your nervous system—why your patterns show up, how they’re trying to protect you, and how to shift them without judgment.
Alongside other women, you’ll see you’re not the only one carrying these experiences, and together you’ll unwind them and return to a grounded, steady, real version of yourself.

embody your empowered feminine

This isn’t just a mindset practice, we make this a lived experience in the body. Each month, I’ll guide you through somatic practices that transform your world from the inside out. Start seeing how your internal world creates your external reality, and how to make this a reality you’re excited for.

experience safe community

You won’t be doing this alone anymore. You’ll be surrounded by women who are healing alongside you, sharing honestly, witnessing each other, and co-regulating in real time. This is where support becomes embodied—through connection, through being held, through rising together.

rise from the ashes

You’ll receive coaching, energy work, somatic tools, and emotional support you can return to for years to come. You’ll feel yourself shifting—not because you forced it, but because your nervous system finally feels safe enough to land.

“We take down the shades and the curtains while we’re here and we’re just like, ‘This is who I am.’
And then you’re like, ‘Wait a minute. They still like me, they’re still talking to me. Oh! I can do this!’”

—Cathy F.

“I don’t think you understand how safe this group is.”

—Terah S.

“It’s literally like the day after you had the worst flu ever, you’re recovered enough that you need to go get something, and you’re like,
‘I can’t leave the house looking like this!’
Presenting that face to people is not something you do often, so knowing I can bring my ‘post-flu’ face, and my ADHD weirdness, is incredibly valuable.”

—Jasmine R.

“Here’s a testimonial:
We’re all fucked up—come join the fun!”

—Kaitlyn R.

 FAQs

  • I hear you, because I’ve thought the same thing myself.

I’ve done the trainings, the workshops, the certifications. I’ve worked with therapists, coaches, healers… all of it.

And the only spaces that ever helped had one thing in common: I felt safe being myself.

It sounds simple (because it is, and people want to overcomplicate it), but when someone treats you like a project, a problem, or something to “fix,” you start to see yourself as broken.

Here, you’re seen as whole, human, complex, and capable—and our work is helping you experience that in your body.

    It’s bliss.

  • Calls last 1-2 hours. I don’t put a time limit on you lovely ladies, although I usually tap out at about 2.5 hours max.
Come and leave as you wish.

  • Yes! You’re not being graded on attendance. Recordings are available within 24 hours of being held.

  • Yes! This is all virtual so ladies can join from all over the globe.

  • I do offer workshops from time to time and have courses available for a one-time payment.

The Women’s Circle is also a month-to-month subscription, so you can join for a month and cancel if it doesn’t feel like the right fit.

Whichever you choose, choose it from your power, not pressure. You know what level of support your body is asking for right now. And you’re allowed to invest in the level that actually serves you.

  • I’m not orthodox. I don’t play by specific rules or fit people into boxes, because healing doesn’t happen here. Healing happens when you’re mirrored safety in being authentic. It’s why your gut feels off with someone even when they say the right thing—you can’t lie to your body. And inauthenticity doesn’t feel safe.

Beyond this, you mirror who you’re around—so when you’re around a group of ladies who emanate this safety, along with confidence, vitality, freedom, and expression—you reflect this energy as well.
I will encourage you to be “too much” here. And you’ll find that we’re all just like you. Imagine a room full of mirrors and everything is reflecting back, “You’re safe to be you, now.”
Did I mention this is bliss?

  • This membership is just that—a membership. There is no term you have to commit to.

You can ease your way in gently with the group, and any of the somatic practices you can participate in at your own capacity. Some people witness a little more quietly, some jump in with both feet—and there are places for both kinds of women and anyone in between.

You’ll be receiving whatever you need, you can ask for it all: breath work and movement practices, education on the mind-body connection, coaching and guidance, community support, emotional release, energy work and more.

    All for $89 a month.

  • 1-2 hours weekly, with 1 off-week at the end of the month unless otherwise specified.

You also have the option to reach out to me and the other women via the Telegram app for support in-between calls.

  • Please bring all the anxiety and weirdness to the table. I still struggle with anxiety in new situations because, well, it’s new. We’ll make space for you. Or if you need to hide the first few calls, we’ll respect that. We’ve got your back (and then we’ll encourage you to trust-fall because trust me, you’ll like it here).

  • I sure did! You’ll have access to message me and the others in the Telegram app (a global messaging app). I respond within 24-48 hours, but others might pop in sooner.

  • Bliss.

Okay, I mentioned that for sure already.

    Beyond that:

    • Weekly calls for connection and somatic practices on Monday nights (5:30pm mst)

    • Access to all of us in the Circle via Telegram (meaning you can share your aha! moments or come in for witnessing/support on rough days)

    • Support in navigating friendships and in building new connections. You’re not going to be thrown to the wolves, here.

    • An embodied approach, meaning this isn’t another talk-therapy session. We will be screaming into pillows, dancing, shedding tears, or laughing and shooting the shit. Whatever the group calls for.

    • Education on the nervous system, mind-body connection, and trauma-informed practices. I’ll teach you what I know, just ask.

    • Space to be triggered, to be upset, and messy—without rejection

  • I have 10 years of experience working with the body as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and in those 10 years I’ve taken certification after training after workshop (anything from personal training to emotional release therapy, which in itself includes an array of methods like somatic experiencing, IFS, breath work, and more) to become a practitioner that can really lead with not just education and knowledge, but lived-in practice. Meaning I live and breathe this every day.

I don’t believe I’m the right fit for everyone, but I do believe my people find me. If you’re my people, we can chat more to ensure that.

Also, remember that this is a month-to-month commitment and you can cancel at anytime. There is no pressure here.

  • You’ll apply by clicking any of the buttons on the page that say things like, “I’m in” or “Apply here”—I work with people based on resonance. If for some reason either of us are feeling like it’s not the right fit, we will find an alternative service, or I have a host of other incredible practitioners I can refer you to. You won’t be left behind regardless of what we decide.
