Hi, I’m Tora, a trauma-informed somatic coach passionate about helping you reclaim your identity and reconnect with your authentic power. Using a blend of personal experience and professional training, I guide you in regulating your nervous system, integrating all parts of yourself, and navigating challenges with compassion. Not at all! This program is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re new to self-development or have experience in similar practices. The structure is easy to follow, and you’ll receive personalized support to ensure you feel confident every step of the way.

This course is integrated into 1:1 coaching and group reiki sessions, requiring a commitment of about 2.5-3 hours per week. This includes watching 15-20 minutes of video content with somatic practices and journaling to do on your own time, attending three 75-minute coaching calls per month, and participating in group reiki sessions. The program is structured to provide comprehensive support while remaining flexible to your schedule.
