Hi, I’m Tora—a trauma-informed somatic coach.

I help people who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode reconnect with their body and reclaim who they truly are.

Through a blend of personal experience and professional training, I guide you in regulating your nervous system, releasing stored stress, and integrating the parts of you that got left behind.

Together, we’ll work toward feeling more grounded, more in your power, and more like yourself—so you can live a life that actually feels good in your body.

  • Not at all! This program is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re new to self-development or have experience in similar practices. The structure is easy to follow to ensure you feel confident every step of the way.

  • This course is designed to be digestible and doable.

    Each week, you’ll watch short, 15–20 minutes worth of videos with somatic practices and guided journaling you can complete on your own time. The content is broken down gently over 4 months to support real, lasting change—without the overwhelm.
