Hi, I’m Tora savage (yes, that’s my actual name)

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Emotional Release Facilitator with over 10 years of experience working directly with the body.

Over the years, I expanded my training into nervous system regulation and the mind–body connection because I kept seeing the same pattern: people weren’t just in pain—they were disconnected from themselves.

When the relationship to the body is restored, it doesn’t just change your symptoms, it changes your capacity for life.

And that kind of change doesn’t fade, it compounds.

My Journey

I started as a bodyworker, but it didn’t take long to realize massage alone wasn’t enough. Clients would feel better… and then come back with the same pain.
Again and again.

I wanted to understand why.

What I discovered was this: when the nervous system is dysregulated (when someone has been under chronic stress for too long) the body can’t fully heal.

This often shows up alongside people-pleasing, low self-esteem, burnout, shutdown, anxiety, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself entirely.

So I went deeper—into trauma, emotional release and processing, somatic healing, and nervous system repair—and eventually blended everything I’d learned into a holistic approach that supports real, sustainable change.

why this work is different

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all path to healing—because there isn’t one body, one story, or one nervous system.

If you’re here, it’s likely not because you lack insight.
It’s because no one ever showed you how to access what you already know from inside your body.

My work is about helping you reconnect, so the answers don’t come from me, they come through you, and you experience them firsthand.

Think of me as a guide who’s walked this path before—but you’re the one barefoot in the grass.

I’m not here to give you a checklist, diagnose your patterns, or tell you how to live.
People often call my style “non-coaching-coaching” because I’m not interested in managing you or molding you into something.

I’m here to help you build a relationship with your body, your intuition, your own inner guidance.

Leaving a Fundamentalist Mormon cult taught me firsthand what happens when self-expression isn’t safe, and how deeply the body holds the cost.

That lived experience informs everything about how I create space now.

I know what it’s like to rebuild a life from the inside out.
And I don't rush that process—for you or for myself.
