An Emotional Release Session is a guided experience that helps you safely access and release stored emotions from the body. Many of us carry unprocessed feelings such as grief, anger, fear, shame, or even joy, that have been held in our muscles, nervous system, and subconscious for years. These stuck emotions can leave us feeling heavy, reactive, or disconnected from ourselves.

In this 1:1 session, I create a safe, supportive space for your body to express what it’s been holding. Through a combination of somatic experiencing, IFS (Internal Family Systems), breath, sound, and intuitive guidance, you’ll be invited to move through what arises without judgment or suppression.

1:1 coaching

If you’re someone who wants the full range, not a boxed-in, one-lane service, then 1:1 coaching is for you.

In coaching, I guide you through trauma-informed, body-based work to regulate your nervous system, release stored emotion, and rebuild a more honest, grounded relationship with yourself. Sessions include Emotional Release, energy work, mindset integration and more—based on what your system actually needs.

Minimum 4-month contract. This isn’t surface-level mindset work or “talk it out” coaching.
This is deep, nervous-system-based healing that creates real, lasting change.

The women’s circle

Come home to yourself, in full authenticity, without the isolation.

The Women’s Circle is where we connect and integrate together through weekly calls, journal prompts, and embodied shares. Option to join additional weekly energetic resets that help your body unwind, release what’s weighing you down, and realign with who you actually are.

You can join one or the other, or do both for the full experience.

There is no need to pretend or be someone you’re not here. It’s a space to build community while being an unfiltered woman in safety (without the cattiness).

HI, I’M TORA SAVAGE.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Emotional Release Facilitator with 10+ years of experience working with the body. I’ve dived into nervous system regulation because coming to the core of the matter is what I’m best at.

I work with people who want to unbury the authentic Self from all the trauma patterns and survival strategies they’ve developed over the years.

My approach is body-based and trauma-informed. That means we don’t just talk about what’s going on—we work with your nervous system, your emotions, and the physical patterns that have been keeping you in survival mode. I help you connect to your body, learn what it’s been holding, rebuild a sense of safety, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that got lost along the way.
