Your body learned how to stay useful—and that meant staying small.

Your nervous system learned how to hold everything together. Not just for you, but for everyone around you.

So no, the problem isn’t that you shut down. You did that for a reason.

The problem is that no one ever showed you how to come back, to release the burden, and how to express yourself without losing connection.

That’s what somatic healing is.

Not fixing you. Not correcting you.

But teaching your body that expression doesn’t equal danger and being fully yourself doesn’t cost you belonging.

And relief happens when you have the container to do just that.

Massage therapy can be both deeply effective and deeply regulating.

Rather than forcing the body through pain or offering only temporary relaxation, my approach supports the connection between the body, mind, and nervous system to help unwind chronic tension patterns safely. Sessions are designed to help you feel more relaxed, connected, and supported in your body long after you leave the table.

Massage therapy sessions are offered in person, with Reiki available both in person and online to support clients locally and at a distance.

Emotional healing

Many women have spent years pushing down emotions in order to survive, stay functional, avoid conflict, or take care of everyone else around them. Over time, that suppression can begin impacting both emotional and physical wellbeing, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, anxious, emotionally reactive, or stuck in survival mode.

My emotional healing work combines nervous system support, emotional release practices, and somatic guidance to help clients reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, grounded, and supportive. Sessions are designed to help clients better understand their emotional patterns, reconnect with the body, and build greater expression and regulation over time.

Emotional release sessions are available both in person and online.

My coaching sessions are designed to support women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to move forward in a way that actually feels sustainable. By combining emotional processing, somatic guidance, and honest conversation, sessions help clients build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, self-trust, and connection to themselves and their lives.
