community spaces for women
These are live, guided spaces where you can show up as yourself.
Some people come to listen quietly. Some come because they actually want to be seen, even just a little, without being judged or rejected.
Both make sense.
You don’t have to share to belong here. And when you do want to speak, you won’t be ignored or fixed.
This is a space where your body gets to learn “I can be here. I can be seen. And nothing bad happens.”
Most people don’t struggle because they’re broken—they struggle because they’re trying to heal alone, when we’re not designed to.
Expression and connection without rejection are basic human needs, and they become possible in spaces where you don’t have to defend or protect yourself.
This is where my Women’s Circle and workshops live—community spaces for real connection and authenticity, using the same tools I teach in my courses and 1:1 work, but practiced together.
What it’s like to be here
When you show up, there’s no pressure to perform or be vulnerable on demand. We might cry together, we might laugh together, we might try something new together.
This isn’t about spotlighting pain or a “misery loves company” type of space. It’s about letting your nervous system experience being received without rejection.
The Women’s Circle—a group coaching container
A monthly subscription space where women connect, practice self-expression, and experience safety without shame or performance.
In this container you’ll meet weekly with others, share authentically, and build connection without having to hide or people-please your way through community.
Hosted Monday nights at 5:30pm MST.

These spaces are guided, but not rigid. Focused on presence, not performance.
Meaning sharing and opening up is optional, but nothing is forced. All my work is grounded in the body, so be prepared for embodiment practices, meditations, and more. This won’t just be a talk-it-out-coaching space, you’ll be given tools you can take and use for yourself at any time.

That’s okay. A lot of people are.
You’re alwaaaays welcome to participate at your own pace. Listening counts. Resting counts. You can warm up slowly.
And if there comes a moment where you want to be seen or heard, you won’t be left hanging.

A lot of women say this is the first place they’ve felt fully accepted as they are.
Once they experience what it’s like to not be rejected for having emotions, they stop collapsing around everyone else.
They let themselves be expressive, even when it’s uncomfortable.
They stop doing all the emotional shrinking.Their community expands.
They have more support.
More outlets. They show up bolder, more authentic, and more confident in their real life.
why community matters
Navigating life alone can make healing alone feel familiar—but familiarity isn’t the same as support. These spaces are here to help you reconnect with your body and your voice through safe relationships instead of isolation.
