Build your healing ecosystem
I don’t believe in fixing people.
I believe in building safety in the body.
Healing works best when it’s layered—when your nervous system, nutrition, movement, relationships, and medical care are all working together.
Below are trusted professionals and practitioners you can add to your team to get the customized support you need.
movement & nutrition
Movement and nutrition are huge when it comes to supporting our nervous systems. Here are some trusted providers below:
We have multiple practitioners here at the office who specialize in nutrition, diet, eating disorders, etc. A female-ran team, who believe in treating the root of your symptoms and won’t be adding to the gaslighting you might have received from the medical system. Support includes labs and hormone panels.
Mental health therapist now supporting you in your health and wellness. Big on intuitive eating, mindfulness, and a positive relationship with food.
Milana has been my personal trainer off on and on for the past several years, and has helped me make incredible shifts in the relationship with my body. With a therapy background, she’s also trauma-informed which is a huge added plus.

Isabella is a passionate therapist who not only has a wealth of knowledge, but truly lives by example.
bodywork & other services
There are many services and other body workers who I work with and combined together, often see incredible results with our clients, or are great referrals if my schedule isn’t working for you.
(Note: none of these practitioners include somatic practitioner work, strictly massage therapy, energy work, or other.)
Float Missoula is a one-stop shop for massage therapy, infrared sauna, and their unique in Missoula saltwater deprivation tank. These services support muscle tissue, fascia, and mental/emotional stress. These services come highly recommended by myself and my clients.
Dani Cook
Dani is my personal LMT who I see 1-2x per month. She also is a Reiki practitioner and her work comes highly recommended.
Dr. Zoe Linton
Zoe Linton is an acupuncturist who has struggled with her own chronic pain and injury, and has since devoted her career to supporting others on this journey. Acupuncture is a great service to include in your chronic pain recovery.
Emotional Release facilitators
Fellow emotional release facilitators who I personally see on a regular basis for my own inner work. Some of these facilitators also offer coaching services.
Michel F.
Michel has a background in IFS (parts-work) and works great with very active minds who struggle with dropping into the body. Based in Germany, provides virtual and coaching services.
Jonas Z.
Jonas has a very slow, paced approach that has allowed for very deep releases in our sessions. If you want a facilitator who can meet you at your pace and help with breath patterns, he just might be the perfect fit. Based in Germany, provides virtual services.
Sven
Sven is a physiotherapist whose knowledge of the body supports his clients in deeper somatic release.
