I’m Tora Savage, somatic practitioner and facilitator of “holy-shit-I-finally-feel-like-myself-again” moments.
I’ve spent over a decade helping people reconnect with their bodies, release old patterns, and build lives that feel as good as they look.
My work blends nervous system regulation, embodiment, emotional release, and empowerment, but at the heart of it, I just help people remember who they are underneath the noise.
I created this workshop because vision boards are a very fun way to manifest exactly what you’re wanting for yourself. And I wanted a space where people could dream from a calm, inspired place, not a pressure cooker of “I should be farther along.”
